About SusanSusan is a native of St. Louis, Mo. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from Carnegie Mellon University and her Masters in Education from Washington University in St. Louis. She received her CTACC - Coaching Certification License- from the Coach Training Alliance in Boulder, Colorado. She attended the Sorbonne in Paris, France and attended both the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and the Cleveland Institute of Music.
Susan is the mother of three children, twin sons Jacob and Nicholas, who are graduates of Fordham University and a daughter Natalie, who is a senior at Indiana University and is currently studying in London. Susan has successfully dealt with her own life transitions and enthusiastically looks forward to helping you move forward on your life path.
As a teacher and counselor, Susan saw coaching as a new and expansive practice to help move individuals forward. Whether your goal is to transition into a new job, embark on a new relationship, establish a weight loss/exercise program, or navigate the choppy waters of divorce or separation - Susan can help. She has strategies to turn your obstacles into opportunities and will co-create an Action Plan with you to optimize your results.
Susan was invited by Vera Parkin, keyboardist to the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra and founder of the Community School of Webster University's Preparatory Program for gifted students to present a Life Coaching workshop for students participating in the College Preparatory Program. The workshop was entitled "The Mindful Musician" and was designed to help students become more aware of how they practice; how productive they are in their practice and performance and how to maintain good self care while integrating school, friendship and family into their lives.
